ABA contents seed tissues


Supplementary Fig. S3.   The tissue-specific (RAD, CAP) effect of myrigalone A (MyA) on abscisic acid (ABA) contents during the germination of Lepidium sativum seeds incubated in continuous white light.

ABA contents in RAD and CAP isolated from CON and 5x10-4 M MyA-treated seeds imbibed for 15 h were quantified. CON = control without MyA addition.
