or after-ripened (open symbols) progeny seeds from reciprocal crosses of
a homozygous monogenic sense-ßGlu I (TKSG7-32) or an empty-vector
(TCIB1-2) line with wild-type (WT) were compared. The incidence of testa
and endosperm rupture expressed as percentage was scored over time from
the start of imbibition in continuous light in control medium. Mean values
± SE of four populations each with 100-150 seeds from independent
capsules
